Garfield County has great tourist areas to visit, but not only that there are great places to live in this county. Carbondale, Glenwood Springs, New Castle, Parachute, Rifle, Silt, Battle Mesa are all apart of Garfield County. This county is notoriously known for Glenwood Springs. Glenwood is known for is Forth of July parade and fireworks. It is the place where the town is small but the hearts are big. Residents are really nice and it is the main tourist spot for Garfield County. All the other towns hold the same characteristics. This makes it great for families to live or visit. Great cities and great atmosphere, what more could you ask for in a county?
