Eagle county has an incredible geographic diversity from beautifully forested Vail, Minturn and Red Cliff to the spacious ranches of Eagle and Gypsum. Vail, Avon, Eagle, Basalt, Gypsum, Minturn, and Red Cliff are all towns that have a unique way of expressing the beauty they all have. Vail, for example, is a tourist spot for skiers and even the annual mud run. It is a beautiful mountain with great places to lodge and live. Eagle County is a great place to get away from the city for awhile and take in the mountain air.
