For those of us who take on entertaining during the holidays, we know how big an undertaking it really is. Whether you’re entertaining 10 or 50, there’s appetizers & food, games & festivities, the guest list alone takes a village to build. Who to invite, who not to invite, can aunt Carol and uncle Bill get along this time. Out of all the Holiday parties, I like to think that New Years if the most fun of them.
